  First of all, the store is huge and very nice to walk around looking for the carpets. It has a large selection of carpets. Stephanie was very helpful in finding the right carpet for our living room and family room, a chocolate flavored carpet. Second, the crews to remove our warping hardwood floor was excellent as well as the crew that installed the carpet. It looks beautiful and has gotten high marks from friends and family.

  Please visit Vertical Connection! Amazing customer service that you may have thought was dead. Nick has been so wonderful! He was friendly and helpful, you can tell he really is passionate about what he does and his customer's service. He followed up with sample tiles quickly, was very through & detailed with placing the order and kept me posted with the delivery of the tile. He also recommended an installer Hoff Floors and they have also been wonderful, professional, timely and affortable. PLEASE, skip the Big Box store and support a local store and installer. The customer service is SO wonderful! PS We recieved a HAND written letter from Nick thanking us for our purchase. Thank you! Amy
