Only 2 people working on a Saturday. Waited way too long to even be acknowledged. They held unnecessary conversations that waisted a lot of time. I'm super disappointed in their multi tasking skills which were there were none and that's what I'm use too being a customer for so long. Guess I'll do everything online.

5/5 Came in at lunch on a Friday because my phone was broken. The gentleman who helped me was fast, to the point and helpful. did not feel pressured to purchase anything in particular. In and out of there within the lunch hour (even factoring in my commute from Kings Contrivance).

Watch out for T-mobile contract buy out This isn't as much about the Columbia location where we purchased the service as T-mobile in general. We ordered four lines with new phones on the offer of their buying out our account with AT&T for up to $650 per line. We sent our phones in March and it's now June with no check in sight. After all this time Tmobile claims they can't find our phones in their warehouse (though admit they've received them). They kept delaying and delaying saying they're searching for them. Four months later they say they still can't find them and can only offer us $271.99 per phone even though they buyout from AT&T was $500 for 3 of the 5 phones. Huh? How is that buying us out of our contract? And why should we lose money because they supposedly misplaced our phones? Fortunately we had confirmation of receipt so they can't deny receiving them at all. Meanwhile we're getting collection notices from AT&T while T-mobile is waiting for us accept less than half of the contract buyout funds we're due - causing us to lose $690. I can't believe such a major cell carrier resorts to this kind of fly by night predatory practices. Unfortunately returning the phones to a local store was not an option so we had to trust mailing them to the company. AND WE'RE VERY SORRY WE DID.
