  My samsung S7 edge stopped working so ofcourse the first thing I do is to go to the place where I bought it from, T Mobile. I went to this store and the rep there, Marc, was probably the most rudest representative I've ever dealt with. I told him that "it hasn't been more than 2 months since I bought the phone and it now stopped working. I've paid alot of money and I'm hoping you can provide me a quick turn around on a fix/replacement as its still under warranty." To which he responded "regardless of you paying the full amount upfront or installment, you will get a used phone because the end-user always gets a refurbished phone". I asked him to show me where does it say that and he rudely responded "I dont know and a I cannot do that". I understand policies and warranties and limitations and all, but I think that as a customer I have the right to complain and show frustration where the customer rep should know how to best serve me. The worst t mobile experience.

  I've had bad experiences with this location in the past. It should be known there is a much more friendly smaller t-mobile location in the mall and as a local guide I can't recommend going to this particular store because of the way employees and management in particular behaved during my visits.
