  I truly appreciated the great customer service that I received from Lauren, she goes above and beyond to get you what you need in a timely fashion, and makes the process of choosing the right mattress easy. She was also good at assisting me with a quality mattress that fits into my price range and budget. And did not want to forget to mention her pleasant attitude and a nice smile. That goes a long way too.

  Great service from Brandon Day at Columbia Crossing location. My wife and I had been repeatedly delaying replacing our 18 yr old mattress that looked like the ocean waves! Actually the mattress shopping experience was surprisingly enjoyable. Loved the scientific approach of electronic profiling of your body to shortlist the most suitable mattresses (eliminates an incredibly expensive trial-and-error experiment that could result from lying on random mattresses for a few minutes). Brandon was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about mattress technology. He was also great with our 8-yr old daughter who was waiting around on us. Recommend.
