  Just bought sofa and recliner. We were expecting high pressure sales and we were pleasantly surprised. The sales rep patiently walked us around as we debated sofa shape, recliner style, colors, fabrics, etc. She was able to show us a computer image of our sofa and recliner with several fabric options so that helped. We were not ready to commit that day so she printed out the items we said we liked and let us go on our way. We called back two days later to make the purchase. They provided information on places to donate our old furniture that would pick up. Delivery was easy and on time. Will be back if we decide to replace other pieces.
