  Zero stars should be an option for this location. Paid over 1500 for custom tuxedo and suit for my wedding. After wearing it for 4 hours during my reception I bent over to pick something off the floor and the seam split from my behind all the way down to the back of the knee. When I returned to the store I was told they would fix the tuxedo pants, and replace the suit pants (cause both never had a lining put in them) and I would get them back within 6 weeks. Well that was in June and it's November, still no pants. When you call the corporate customer service to attempt to resolve an issue they just call this stores manager (Scott, who is now at a different location) who refuses to offer any discounts! I was offered a free Jos. A Bank suit, which if its anything like the custom suit has a life span of 5 hours, so I obviously declined. Stay away from this place far away!

  I had a great experience at this Jos. A Bank. Certainly the quality of clothes and merchandise is lower than a Brooks Bros. or other upscale men's fashion store, but for the value Jos A Bank was tremendous. I went recently with my fiance to buy a suit for myself and set up a wedding party so that my groomsmen could purchase the same suit at any Jos A Bank in the country. The manager of the store, Michael Franklin, helped us and was very attentive, offered fashion advice, and helped set up our wedding party online. Granted, the store was very busy so he had to step away to help other costumers a number of times, but he did a great job handling the busy store. I enjoyed my trip and found the services on par with other Jos. A Banks I've been to.
