  I would not recommend purchasing furniture from this store. I purchased a $4,000 couch back in May 2016 and regret it every day I walk into my living room. I had visited the store several times debating whether or not to buy a couch I fell in love with. When the floor model went on sale, I jumped at the opportunity to save a couple thousand. Of course, the owner and sales associates were very friendly prior to my purchase. That is one of the reasons I went with making the purchase at a local establishment instead of one of the chained retailers in the area. Within a few months of my purchase, the cushions began to sag and look out of shape. No amount of rotating and flipping could fix it. I called the owner hoping she would replace the sectional, cushions or something considering how much I paid for it. While I accept responsibility for purchasing a floor model, had I known that within a few months the couch would look like crap, I wouldn't have purchased it. Furthermore, none of the associates explained that the sofa did not have any type of manufacturers warranty, etc. Had they done that, I likely would not have made the purchase. After several weeks of back and forth, the owner claimed the manufacturer would not replace the cushions. She sent a local furniture repair company (that I am sure she does business with) to look at the sofa. When he reported that it was just normal wear (within a few months mind you) she offered to send me a $150 to buy some foam to add to the corners of the couch; she didn't even offer to have the furniture repair man fix it or replace the cushions as I would have been 100% satisfied with that. I am sure that I will be purchasing a new couch within a year or two as this one will surely not last. This experience was a lesson well learned. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this store. Yes, the furniture is beautiful, but not worth the money. It's very evident that they are only concerned about making a sale and not about the lasting relationship they can build with customers. While stores like Ashley furniture are definitely not the absolute best quality, I can say their customer service is 100x better, and it's the single reason why I've been a repeat customer for the last 10 years. This owner needs to learn that customer satisfaction and service are paramount. Being in business 32 years means nothing if you cannot deliver quality products and service. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and shop somewhere else.
