  I recently purchased 2 shirts for Easter, men's and women's. When I got home I noticed that the security tag on the men's shirt hadn't been removed. Ended up buying something from a different store closer to home. When I went to return it TWO other customers had come back for the same reason. Cashier informed me I was getting $16.99 back on my card. I told her the shirt was $45.99 but she kept arguing that it wasn't. I explained my shirt was the cheaper one, I was clearly returning the men's one. After going back and forth i lost my patience and told her to just look at the damn tag where she could not only see the price, but match the UPC to the receipt. She finally agreed to and did it, with attitude. If I have to teach your employee how to process a return its an issue. As I left there was someone else at the other register who'd come back since the shirt he's just bought also had the tag on. Train your people!
