  Wanted to let the community and Mr Joe Oaches know about exceptional customer service received today. In the past 2 weeks we purchased a Maytag 8200 Washer and dryer Pair, GE Profile Refrigerator and Microwave, and Kitchen Aid Dishwasher and Disposal all from Bray and Scarff. We had an uneventful installation of the Washer and Dryer by B&S installers on 1-10-17. Our Microwave and Refrigerator were installed by a contract crew later on 1-10-17 and they reused the 10 year old PVC water line to connect to the new refrigerator. I asked them to install the braided metal line that was promised by my salesman, but my request was refused. Saving the day on 1-12-17 were Tyrone Thomas and Chris Watson who are B&S installers and Chris Gavin who manages the Columbia store. We were the last installation of the day and once the old 1/2 HP disposal and drawer style dishwasher were removed and out of the house, we discovered that the opening for the new dishwasher was 1/4 inch too narrow and the plumbing under the sink would not accommodate the new 3/4 HP disposal. Chris and Tyrone installed the braided metal hose that should have been installed 2 days ago, made the opening in the cabinet larger to allow installation of the dishwasher. Chris Gavin went above and beyond to drive to our home with a 1/2 HP disposal so the job could be finished. Remarkably, everything was in and tested in a little over 2 hours. 3 deliveries over the past 2 days from Bray and Scarff and the three gentlemen noted above deserve recognition for going above and beyond and staying until everything was installed correctly. I would like to invite Mr Joe Oaches to contact me for additional details. Great customer service by these guys from Bray and Scarff. Highly recommend buying appliances from Bray and Scarff, they price match any stores and provide superb customer service.
