  Purchased a battery this eve 1/4/18. It was an emergency. Had to get a AAA jump for the second time to get there. Guy was friendly, helpful. Installed and I was on my way. Best price around for my SUV. Would definitely recommend and return for batteries & bulbs when in need. FYI.... It was 20 degrees and windy!!!! He was a trooper!!!

  I paid online and went to the store for pick up. Their online server crashed and I was not able to complete my transaction. The clerk spoke to their help desk, they did confirm my payment went through but the transaction couldn't be finalized due to server crashing. Here is where my problem is. Though they knew the battery was paid for they would NOT give me my battery! because I had to sign the receipt, that they couldn't print, to confirm I picked the battery up. The initial issue was not B&B's fault but they need a better policy on how to deal with these situations. I waited because I live 35 minutes away and didn't want to return. I was there about 45 minutes. What they did was make their problem, mine. The exchange is, I give them money, they give me a battery. What ever administrative problem they had was their problem, shouldn't be mine. They had my money and should have given me my battery.
